The 3rd Year Tithe is subtitled A Commandment of Caring and Compassion because YeHoVaH cares and He is compassionate. His plan has always been to provide for His people. One of the first things YeHoVaH did, before He made man, was make the provisions for man. Father knows the things we need even before we ask, and He has provided everything we need.
YeHoVaH wants His people to reflect Him. That is, that we would be caring and be compassionate. So, the Almighty commanded that the poor, the stranger, the foreigner, the alien, the widow, and the fatherless be cared for. In this teaching, we're going to look at how that relates to us today. The important part of studying what Father spoke thousands of years ago is to apply it in our lives today.
The 3rd year tithe is given every third year and a special prayer accompanies this gift with powerful promises associated with and expected by those who obey this command.
